WELCOME CARD
Clients who have an appointment in one of our offices are eligible for a Simple Life WELCOME Card (blue).
When you present this card to one of our partners, you can enjoy a wide range of benefits, discounts and extras, in several fabulous restaurants, hotels and other services that will make your Silver Coast experience unforgettable.
PREMIUM CARD
Clients who buy a property through Immo Portugal are rewarded with the Simple Life PREMIUM Card (silver).
This card also gives you access to a wide range of benefits, discounts and extras.
In addition, during the 5 years after buying your property, annually you will receive a box of delicious Portuguese wine which you can collect at our office in São Martinho do Porto, Portugal.
VIP CARD
The Simple Life VIP Card (gold) is awarded to clients who buy two properties through Immo Portugal or clients who buy one property and introduce another client who also purchases a property.
This Membership Card enjoys all the same benefits as the WELCOME and PREMIUM Membership Cards, but on top of that, you receive a special reward from Immo Portugal to thank you for being such a loyal client:
- Vouchers worth a total of 1000€ to spend on products and services in one of the following companies:
- Portugal Accounting (Tax and Fiscal Services)
- Portugal Interiors (Furniture & Interior Decor)
- SCH Holiday Homes (Holiday Home Rentals)

In order to claim your Simple Life VIP Card in the case where a new buying client was introduced, the new client must inform Immo Portugal about the referral within a maximum of 1 month after the purchase (signed purchase contract).
